This account is designed for individual use. It is perfect for traveling to foriegn countries, communicating with non-English speaking relatives in other countries, or ensuring accurate communication with non-English speaking help in the home or even on a home construction project where you would like to ensure full comprehension between language barriers.

LARGE FACILITIES
Are you representing a larger facility such as a hospital, governmental agency, insurance claims, law enforcement, etc.?
We do have a special services team in place for large businesses or corporations requiring higher volume usage. Please contact us if your facility anticipates usage of more than 100 minutes per month or requires specialized invoicing and services.

Using your cell phone or any land-line phone, as an account holder, you can call our toll-free interpreter hot-line anytime for any language. The operator will ask you for your Client Identification and which language you need. Your time does not begin until the interpreter is connected which is usually within a minute or two.
If you are using a phone with a speaker, and your non-English speaker is physically present, you can either use the speaker function on your phone to begin communication between yourself, the interpreter and your non-English speaker, or simply pass the phone and the interpreter will communicate your conversation. If you need to conference a 3rd party in the USA, let the operator know when you place the call. This service is available at no additional cost. Limit is one 3rd party connection per call.
Your account can be established in as little as 10 minutes during our regular business day and by the next business day if you submit your information outside of regular business hours. Once your account has been activated, you will receive the toll-free number to access an interpter. You might want to enter that number in a speed-dial or on your contact list for easy reference.
You will also receive the number to dial in order to access an interpreter if you are traveling outside of the USA. This is a convenient way of ensuring you will always have good communication wherever you go in whatever time zone.
20 minutes accumulated interpretation time each month (use service as many times as needed just a few minutes at a time). This account includes a full 20 minutes of interpretation services which you may use during a single call or use at various intervals during many calls. If you need extra time, no problem. Your account is already approved for whatever time you need. Time used after your allotted minutes is billed at $1.65 per minute. Most personal account users find 20 minutes per month sufficient but once in a while might exceed by a few minutes. Remember that 10 minutes of extra time is only $16.50 additional and only for that month so the cost for extra time is still very affordable.
We believe that it is unreasonable to charge for a full additional minute just because you might have exceeded the previous minute by a few seconds so we have set up our accounts to bill on 15 second intervals. This extra savings can be significant especially if you are using the service many times a month. It is a little thing which really proves that we are a service-oriented company and always looking out for the benefit of our clients!
Standard per minute costs are $1.65 per minute over the 20 minutes of usage as previously discussed. If you notice that you are using more minutes per month on average than you thought, you might consider switching to the Business & Professional Services account. For only $20 additional per month, that account allows up to 45 minutes of interpretation and the extra time only costs $1.35 per minute. In addition, you would qualify to lease our special dual-handset interpreter phone which is not available on Personal accounts. Designed for business usage, the Business & Professional Services account is a much lower cost per minute account than the personal account.
Accounts are billed monthly via your credit card authorization. You will see the monthly billing on your credit card statement which is always billed one month in advance. Upon your authorization, your initial bill will include the one month in advance of $29.95 plus the balance of the current month pro-rated at $.98 per day and will include an account activation charge of $29.95. After the initial charge, your charge will be limited to $29.95 per month plus overage charges if incurred.

Unlike the Personal account, you may request to receive monthly itemized bills itemized sorted by date an call. This allows you to keep closer track of usage departments and other important information.
Another excellent advantage with the Business & Professional Services account is that you qualify to lease our specially designed dual-handset interpreter phone. This is designed to better control the confidentiality of your client or patient. The cost is a nominal $10 per month additional with a one-time $35 programming fee plus shipping. Our dual-handset phones do require a minimum leasing term of one year and is billed along with the services account.
